Features

★ The paper guiding method adopts wind adsorption to maintain the stability of the corrugated shape at high speed.
★ The corrugated paper is adsorbed by a fan through a vacuum box within a 180 degree range of the middle corrugated roller to form a negative pressure zone,completing the rolling of the corrugated paper.
★ The width of the lower corrugated roller suction groove should not exceed 2.0-2.5mm, which can reduce the dry paper line marks on single-sided corrugated cardboard.
★ The transmission part adopts universal shaft transmission to isolate the vibration source, making the transmission smoother,more reliable in operation,and more maintainable.
★ The gearbox adopts oil immersion lubrication and closed gear transmission to reduce machine vibration.
★ Adopting cyclic glue supply,pneumatic glue application and reset,with buffering effect.
★ Electric adjustment of adhesive surface width,convenient and fast.
★ The surface of the rubber roller has undergone special mesh carving and chrome plating treatment.

A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.

Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?

A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?

A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.

Q11.What’s the payment term?

A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
